IDS machines and insert Stainless Steel sleeves into your worn-out Brass heads to extend the life of your pump.

• We use a press fit process to ensure the sleeves stay in place and provide the best possible performance.
• Our process allows you to continue to use OEM replacement parts.
• We manufacture the SS sleeves using CNC turning centers to ensure repeatable dimensions that ensure your pump is returned to the pump manufacturers' original specifications.
• We do all the machining of the heads in-house to ensure the best quality and the quickest turnaround.
• We maintain a stock of reconditioned heads that we can swap with the customers' heads to get you up and running fast.
• We offer a 1-year warranty from the date we install the sleeves into the pump head.
